The standard configuration of the unit is the air-conditioning mode, and the ESC mode can also be selected according to user requirements (only for motors below 15HP)
Each single unit constitutes a double unit equipped with a gas storage tank, and can be flexibly configured without requiring the user to purchase separately, saving costs

The compressor uses an air-cooled cooling system, an efficient intercooler, the whole structure is compact, and the speed is low
The air inlet is equipped with a 4 micron air inlet filter --- to ensure that the compressed air is pure
1. Light alloy piston, effectively reduce weight and reduce mechanical power consumption.
2. The cast iron cylinder head and independent valve seat enhance the service life of the equipment.
3. Equipped with the "Herbige" automatic high-efficiency gas valve that is the world's king of gas valves, the equipment is equipped with the advantages of large flow, multiple actions, high efficiency and long life.
4. Specially designed flywheel and V-belt drive effectively reduce running noise.
5. Detachable centralized outdoor intake muffler filter, filtering 10 micron accuracy, effectively improve the quality of the intake air and reduce the intake air temperature.
6. Two SKF rolling bearings are used for the rotating parts of the equipment to ensure the stable operation of the unit and greatly reduce the wear of the bearings.
7. Cast iron structure: The cylinder and crankcase are made of 100% cast iron to ensure the service life of the unit.
8. Cylinder: Deep fin type, independently cast cylinder can remove the heat of compressed air generated by 360 degrees. The cylinder and the crankcase are connected by bolts, which is convenient for daily inspection and maintenance.
9. Flywheel: The flywheel blades produce a "cyclone" air flow to cool the deep-fin cylinder, intercooler and aftercooler.
10. Intercooler: finned tube type, directly installed at the air blowing place of the flywheel.
11. After cooler: finned tube type, air-cooled type, installed at the air blowing place of the flywheel just like the intercooler. The compressed air discharged through the after cooler is about 20℃ higher than the ambient temperature
12. Centrifugal unloading device: release the air from the intercooler and the cylinder to prevent the unit from overloading and starting.
13. Adjustment device: All high-voltage units are equipped with automatic start/stop control, in addition, constant speed control and dual control can be selected.
14. Automatic condensation drain system: The automatic condensation drain valve is installed on the bracket of the exhaust separator/valve. When the compressor is stopped or unloaded in the constant speed control mode, the condensate is automatically discharged.
15. Motor: TEFC, IP54 motor, in line with IEC standards.
16. Drive: "V" belt drive with fully enclosed protective cover, running smoothly.
17. Base: The base of the heavy steel structure has a small slot, the motor can be moved, and it is convenient to fasten the "V" belt.
